Rolene and Tom Brumley received The Norwegian steel guitar award of honor. This is the first time this award goes to non norwegians.
My congrats and well deserved indeed.

I can only underline what Dag write.2 Wonderful people,good music from Tom,and alot of other steelers show that the steel is growing in Norway too.This was Tom`s second time at our steel meeting,last time was in `97.It seems like they had a good time,and wanted to come back-they are more then welcome!I only wish we could have more Big name steelers at the same time,but this is a small event compare to the US shows,so economy is an impotant brake here.But Steinar does a very good job on this,and I am sure we will have more "meetings" in the years to come.
