Hey Keith I have been trying to get you on E-Mail and I have gotten no response from you. I want to know if you received my Volumn Pedal I bought from Bobbe Seymour and if you sent me the new one you told me on the Phone that you would get out to me as soon as you got mine and I put a note in it and also a check for the Exstended warrenty. I was hoping for it by this week as I have a freind in Rhode Island that wanted to try it and more than likely he will buy one as he got a new ------ pedal and is having a lot of problem with it.Please get back to me.My Phone number is 1-207-743-2788
Thank you Sam White

Well I just checked with UPS and Keith got my pedal that was breaking up last Thursday and I don't know if one is on its way to me or not. Just can't seem to get a hold of him. Bobbe Seymour even tryed to get in touch with him and nothing. It will be two weeks tomorrow and I'm getting a little upset with this. You buy something new and exspect it to work fine for you and BOOM you get a kick in the rear.Darn.I got that pedal because everyone has been bragging about it and when I got it I fell in love with it all but the breaking up part of it.Maybe he went on a vacation or is at a show some where.

Hey Sam......keep a cool head, buddy, Keith is a very reputable business man. I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for this. I had a problem with my Hilton shortly after I got it, called Keith and he was very accomodating. Took a little over a week and a half to get mine back to me, but got it. Keith won't let you down. He stands behind what he sells and manufactures. BTW, I was born and raised in Charleston, ME

Sam, Keith Hilton is one of the last guys in the world you would ever have to worry about. I sent an email to him 3 days ago and just got an answer tonight which leads me to believe he has been out of town or out of pocket at any rate. I am quite sure you will hear from him soon and he will take care of any problem you have with his pedal.

Sam, thanks for using my volume pedal. Yes, I will take care of you. I did get the pedal you returned. Since you have not had the pedal very long, I plan on sending you a brand new pedal. It is on the list to be shipped tomarrow August 19th. I did send you an e-mail this evening. I am sorry it has taken me 3 or 4 days longer than I normally take to help you. I have been away on business. If you ever need to contact me,in an emergency, the best way is to call my home phone 417-581-4158. Sam, I will be shipping your new pedal by the post office- priority mail. I would assume it will take 3-4 business work days to get to you. The package will have a tracking number. If you don't have the package by monday or tuesday, e-mail me and I will look up the tracking number. Sorry for the short delay. Again, thanks again for using my pedal. Keith Hilton

Just a note about a friend.
I have been using Hilton products since he started building them, in fact he used to bring them by my house to try. When he finsally settled on something, I would BUY ONE. No freebies, I paid cash just like everyone else. I wound up with three used Hilton Digital Sustain units via trades and I called Keith and asked what I should ask for them. His reply was, "Don't sell them yet, let me go through them first". He not only went through them but virtually totally rebuilt them with all new parts. He said even though they were used, he didn't want anyone to have a problem with them down the road. That's the kind of guy he is.
So if you are having trouble getting him on the phone, don't get upset he will get everything taken care as fast as his little legs will run.

Sam. Keith will take care of you. He is a great guy. I also have one of his pedals and he spent an hour on the phone with me a couple weeks back trying to solve a problem I had. By the way we solved it.

Hey Keith,
I have one of your low profile volume pedals that I'm extremely happy with except for one thing that's been bothering me. Why doesn't the Wall Wart unplug from the pedal instead of being permanently attached. It would be so much more convenient that way if it did. Are there any plans to make one like that in the future...Thanks for the great equipment....JH

I too had a short in a pedal, Keith MORE than bent over backwards to help me. Add me to the list of Keith Hilton fans, and add me to the list of Hilton volume pedal users, I will never go back to a pot pedal again.

Keep up the good work Keith we loveya man.

I too would like to be able to disconnect the power supply from the pedal. Mine works perfectly but it would be a little more convieniant to pack it up.

I suspect that one could go to Radio Shack and get a male/female plug set that could be spliced into the power cord.

Jerry, Keith usually includes a tube of "wart remover" in the box with the pedal. He didn't have any in stock when your pedal was shipped.
Just "funnin'" you Jerry. Hope you are doing well.
I gotta say it again.... Keith will never let you down. ......... JD

Sam, I know how you feel but don't worry about this because Keith will take care of it for sure. He must have been out of town or something like that, but he will do what he says and you'll be glad you bought that pedal because there is none better. I wouldn't leave home without mine. You'll see that Keith is one of the good guys and he won't let you down. Buck
