OK for all of you thinking about the clip on mic stand; I've been waiting for a couple of gigs to pass before I came out with my review.
Clamps on the leg of my Derby "tighter than bolts on a bridge"
Packs in my guitar case.
Takes up zero floor space (which in some cases is at a premium)
All in all it works exactly as it is described.
I got the boom and the stand. Great product/great idea!

Very cool music stand. compact,strong and my favorite color. (black of course)I clipped it on the front right leg (changer side) about half way down the leg and it's in the perfect location for me. Thank you Al it's great. Dennis Brown
