Jagwire Strings Company is proud to announce DAVID SPIRES as one of our newest registered Artist/Endorsers.

David is known as one of the prolifc pro steel guitarists in the industry, and has worked with many of Nashville's major name acts such as, Shania Twain, and most recently, Jo Dee Messina which is who David is currently touring with.

David uses the following gauges. (Nickel)

E-9th
.012.015.011.5.014.018.022.026W.030.034.038

C-6th
.017.014.018.022.026W.030.036.042.054.068

These gauges are David's personal choice, which he says provides him with the tone, consistency, and reliablity unequaled by any other brand he has ever used.

Please join us in welcoming David to the Jagwire family.

Well I am happy to see that David is now using Jagwire. I have known David for many years and he is a fine musician and also a friend. I have also been using Jagwire strings for about 2 years and they are without a doubt the finest I have ever used. In addition to the sound and string life they have, I need to add a comment that most people won't believe, but in the two years I have been using Jagwire, I have not broken one string of any gauge, including the .011 or .017 and this is unheard of for a steel guitar string.

Is this a hint of what we can expect in the future? Will all steel players hired by the big stars have to have an enginering degree?

Great news David! You deserved to be heard by more audiences. You will be a great asset to anybody's band

Happy Trails.

Wow... Thanks for the warm welcome - to all of you. It is easy to get excited about a product when it is the best you have ever used. That is certainly the case for me.

I had happily used the Emmons signature series SIT sets for years, and really just tried Jagwires for the heck of it. Boy, am I glad I did. My string life is longer, and I was able to experiment with other strings gauges to find what I really wanted.

Thank you, Danny for making such a great product for us. For any of you that haven't, give Jagwire Strings a try, and see for yourself.

Sincerely,

David Spires
