George,
I have used a Pack-A-Seat since day one, they are just plain convenient. I am not a working musician, but still it is nice to have all the little things for steel in one spot(Strings, winder, tuner, tuner wrench, bars, picks, etc.).
I currently use a Steelers Choice with a backrest, power strip, and cord built in. It is as comfortable as any chair in my house.
Another great invention by the late Duane Marrs! _________________ John Drury

I built my own packaseat because of lack of money at the time
But I still use it because it hasen`t gone to pieces yet
Plenty of room and foldable legs, still works great after 5 years of constant use |

SteelSeat has sold some to keyboard players, guitar players, etc.
They simply tell me they are so handy since they just carry the insturment and the SteelSeat and maybe an amp for guitar players.

ROC N SOC all the way.
I've spent too many years sitting on uncomfortable seats.
What doesn't fit in the back of my amp goes in a satchel. _________________ Benjamin Turner |

If the amp is a 500 you wil not even know it is there.
I would like to make a seat that you can fill with helium (and an amp too). _________________ Joe Naylor, Avondale, AZ (Phoenix) Announcer/Emcee owner www.steelseat.com *** OFFERING SEATS AND Effects cases with or without legs and other stuff ****** -Desert Rose Guitar S-10, Life Member of the Arizona Carport Pickers Assoc., Southwest Steel Guitar Assoc., Texas Steel Guitar Assoc., GA Steel Guitar Assoc., KS Steel Guitar Assoc.
