Cool news, Bob. Ya, Dave Carroll always struck me as a pretty intelligent guy. I was on a compilation CD with them some years back, and have met him a bunch of times. The Sons of Maxwell have that laid back, folky style that certainly came in handy with the dry delivery of this satirical tune. Great stuff.

this one is from the Mountain Dulcimer World. They crushed a very special made mountain dulcimer. This is one of my friends and mentor in the dulcimer world. He does have a special built fight case. I've seen it. (He does like to talk, sorry.)

He makes the same point, with pictures of the damage. He was lucky to be able to have it fixed.

I think if I ever fly with my instrument, I will buy it a ticket in first class so It can travel in style.

I think there will be a lot of others following the lead, now that the precedent has been set. There must be hundreds of annoyed musicians out there, and they're all capable of writing songs.....

why does it have to be an Instrument ? Why can't it be poor service or not getting what you paid for or what was advertised ?

This video now has something close to 3,000,000 hits, I think what this guy did is great and shows that you can fight back.

Perhaps this is how the little guy can overcome the obstacles placed on him by the big guy.
