Phil, other than eBay or a local music store's box of spare parts, I doubt you'll find one of these covers very easily. It should be relatively simple to have one made at your local plastics store (TAP Plastics or similar).

If you need the dimensions or photos of an existing cover, let me know (via private email, probably). Good luck on your search!
