Rocco the Rottweiler lab mix last year as a pup. I think Rottweilers are the best with German Shepherds a close second.

It's almost a toss up between the dogs and hunting and steel guitar.

I lost this friend three years ago...

Image

Today we have two German Wirehaired Pointers and two Mini Wirehaired Daschunds.

This is a couple of southern Hillbillies on the loose in Florence County, Wisconsin in 2005. We have hunted there for the past 12 years.

Image

Here the two GWP's are resting after an afternoon of chasing Ruffed Grouse in the north Georgia mountains.

And these are the two wirehaired daschunds.

Both are from Eunice Louisiana. This is Oliver Beaudreaux

And this is the puppy Colinda Thibedeaux about six months ago

"Maddie, I think that's the most useless frying pan in the world."

"Why do you say that, Link?"

"PawPaw thinks he's cooking on it, but nothing tasty ever comes out."

"Maybe he should get something newer--that thing is 448 in dog years."

This is Gizmo (my whole world revolves around her) She is 9 years old now. It's just she and I and she gets all my attention. If she sneezes she goes straight to the Vet. We have never been apart more than 3 hours in 9 years. Martin.Image

Richard Sinkler wrote:Great looking dogs. Makes me miss mine. The ex got custody. Someone better post something like a dog playing a steel, or this might get shut down. We don't want that.

DAMN Rick, That is one BIG dog. Sure would like to see the pooper scooper you need to use. :whoa: I can you needing a little bobcat bulldozer for that dude.

EDIT: Didn't register that the one dog is in front of a steel in one of the posts. That should keep this thread legit.

Richard you can talk to your lawyer about visitation rights. I mean they are like children. I told my wife if we ever split, I want to be able to see our dogs, providing i have to pay pup support

Bent, Gizmo lives for squirrels, she got two yesterday, with a little help from dad. Anything that moves is fair game, ants, crikets, lizards, you name it. She's a hunter. And she will sing if you play above the 12th. fret. Martin.
