I used the Boss-DR-880 on about 95 songs and have compiled over 200 user patterns for it including shuffles, intros, endings etc. These patterns and all the songs for it are available for free as a download from my website:

Thanks, Greg. This looks like something I can do so I'm looking for a used 880. You do so much for all of us folks and I for one greatly appreciate the time you must put in and then sharing with others. When I find me a good used 880 I may need to call on you again for your expertise.

I just found something out on EZ Drummer I didn't know
When you drag and drop a drum track segment onto the track right click the mouse on the upper right hand corner. a menu comes up and one of the options is loop section. click on that and the menu goes away. Then left click on the segment and it will drag out as far as you want to go and snap perfectly to the bar lines.
