Last weekend, while playin' a show in Atlanta, Georgia, I had an opportunity to "test drive" a Jackson steel guitar. It was a Jackson Madison '63 D-10 model and the guitar was really amazing! The sound reminded me of the great Sho-Bud sounds and the tone was so awesome! I was also amazed by the distance of the two necks, because even with cerebral palsy, my left hand placed the bar on the E9th neck and the bar didn't slide around one time. I used my grooved bar on the steel and it worked perfectly! I love those Jackson steel guitars! Jackson steel guitars are amazing!

Hey, Brett,
When you come to our show in Greenville I'll let you play my Pro IV if we can find some time. I also have my Blackjack out here on the road too. Maybe we'll drag it out too.
They are both great guitars. The Madison '63 that you are playing in the picture has awesome tone.
See you in Greenville!

Hey, Hook,
How are you? You're right.....If Brett listens to me play then he'll know everything NOT to do! When are you getting you a Jackson steel guitar? You've suffered long enough, haven't you? |

Tim makes everything sound great. I just bought a Fluger resonator guitar after hearing him play one onstage. May have to check out that Jackson Madison as well. It sure is gorgeous!!!

Although I played a Madison '63, I've gotten to where I love the Jackson Blackjack. I've heard the Blackjacks are great guitars too.
