WOW...Paul, sounds like a heck of a good time to me. Wish I could be there, but I gotta tell you, some of those folks in the band could be "questionable"....think maybe David Wright has this thing figured out ??

So does that mean your carring you own stuff now??? you just keep a close eye on our little Joan, you know how she like to start fights after a few drinks!!!
which reminds me, in St Louis this year, Joan and I were sitting on stage to hear Jeff, jonny was playing bass, my buddy from Ca was playing guitar with Bobby C..there was this guy in the crowd, he was giving Jeff a bad time, I was minding my own bussniess and Joan said, "get Him", the heckler, I knew right then she had a mean side to her, so I had to get this guy in line for Jeff, he had jeff speach~less, which was very hard to do!!.. So JR, just watch her, and take your fighting boots with you, !!!!

David, I'm sitting here laughing about that..I remember that guy..you shoulda went ahead and went after him. I've already went ahead and got me some of those dark glasses like you have where they can't see your eyes, you know for the big gig. Maybe that will keep folks in line. Paul won't be any trouble (he knows better) but that Junior..I don't know..he could be a problem. I'll let you know how things go..

David, thanks for the offer, but I think I can take Junior if he gets out of line Wish you could be there anyway. It will be fun to work with Paul and Junior longer than 30 minutes, like when we play at shows. I think if Junior knows that if he's shows out in any way, he'll have to answer to us! He's probably gonna get me for razzing him so much. You take care man.

Joan,
Your welcome!! you know Jr is a good man just miss understood most of the time!! and make him sing, he sings pretty good...
It would be nice to work a whole job with these boys, just watch Paul, he drules a lot in 30 min, so a whole 3 + hr job he might get pretty messy!! Have funn!!! one more thing, make Jr set up on the other side of the band stand, he is really good at steeling your hot licks!!!!

{Paul won't be any trouble (he knows better)}

And Joan IS getting to know my wife,Dee, much too well. HA!!!

Oh yeah! Jr DOES sing quite well. Got him to commit to at least singing harmony with us. Maybe, with Joan's influence,we can get him to sing a whole song !!!!!!!

For the folks reading this POST and wondering "WHAT"S THE BIG DEAL'!!! Well, we may live within 15 miles of each other,BUT, we rarely get the opportunity to work a show together. Normally doing fill-in jobs around the area with other bands. Anyway, just thought I'd explain the HIPE>>>

Been watchin' what is going on here. Lots of gab and braggin. but I ain't heard a good lick yet. Somebody needs to invent a way to put music on this thing so braggin won't be needed. Just showin'

Everyone of you know that Junior Knight doesn't even know how to spell "BE GOOD"
Of course Paul and Joan have ALWAYS been good.

As Dizzy Dean said "IF YOU CAN DO IT, IT AIN"T BRAGGIN" and believe me---------------
This bunch can do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would love to hear some of this stuff!!!!
