I am considering doing week long seminars for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced students here in Nashville later in the summer. I'm just kicking the idea around at the moment, but I'd like some feedback from The Forum Members. I'm trying to make arrangements with a local motel so I can have 10-20 students at a time and try to get a special room rate for the seminar students. This would be more econimical for the student than a week of boot camp would be. I'm still doing that for those of you who want individual instruction.

Please give me your thoughts on this topic.

Sign me up for it.
Some of the stuff I'm hearning,I can't get the hang of. A few days with a "Pro" should help.

Keep us informed as to this event.

Bill

Have you considered bringing your school to a Steel Guitar Convention at a hotel?

I think it's great that you are getting more into the teaching end of things and that doesn't mean we want you to stop making new recordings. Mike does a lot of work in different ways in the steel guitar world and he is constantly doing session work on top of it all.
