OK, so I got that S-10 (pics soon). Now I'm faced with the prospect of gearing it up a bit. Though it is built to take more, it only came with one knee lever. Any thoughts on who might have appropriate parts for me to upgrade the thing, or do I need to find a local machinist?
I'm sort of concerned about bell cranks, too. Whereas most PSGs seem to use square-profiled crossbars, the Dekley uses an odd round crossbar with a raised seam where the bell crank slots on.
I already have new strings for it - thanks, Bob! - and will be restringing it this weekend
Dekley parts?

Dekely Parts
I think Tom Bradshaw has the bell cranks and some other parts that interchange with older MSA's. I also just acquired a Dekley (3p3k) as my first real pedal steel and am hoping to eventually add that extra knee or pedal. (I know I don't need it yet!)

Jim, would you be willing to part with some parts? The setup of this instrument only allows for one more knee lever in the short term, but I'd like to move toward more down the road.Jim Palenscar wrote:I have some knee levers and assorted bellcranks as well- you don't really need keyed cross shafts but they came that way.
