Gread vid.......I actually used to watch the guy from Santa Monica live at Venice Beach, back in early 90s, I guess he's doing alright, cuz he's still at it. He used to tune his guitar to an open chord, and just use a flat finger barre to make chord changes. Truely a musician, as are all of these artists on the video.

I might be a beginner now, but someday I'm gonna steel the show.

A transcontinental jam. It brings tears to my eyes.
It shows how music can bring people together.

One of the greatest songs ever written, and a very soulful rendition. I'm sending the link to everybody I know.

Thanks for posting! Wow, I loved that. This is one of the best things I've seen on this forum and the slide guitar player makes it "on topic" enough for me.
Years ago I saw a similar video pieced together from footage taken in piano bars and the song was Misty (i think). It was more funny than serious but still very good. Don

Yes, thanks for posting. Ditto on what Don and Rich said. That video is a beautiful, moving reminder of what music can be all about. Also, hopefully, an indication of what can be done with the Internet. Peace.

Lately I've been kinda down on too much overdubbing and technology in recording, but this sure makes great use of it. Very cool!
