Just a note of appreciation to Albert Talley and his TSGA team who worked so hard and put in very long hours so that this years TSGA was a huge success! Many long time attendees that I talked with told me they thought it was the best ever.
In addition to the incomparable Buddy Emmons, every player played their hearts out. A special thanks to the Carter team for having the group from Canada...what a talented group of singers and players that gave a wonderful variety to the convention...
Once again, thanks Mr. Talley and your team for a super fun and memorable steel guitar convention!! I trust Mr. Emmons and his lovely wife Peggy will return next year. |

Bill, I most assuredly agree with you that, "Mr. President", aka, "Albert Talley", and "His Team", along with with his lovely wife, certainly did an "Outstanding Job" of making certain that "This TSGA 2004" was the very best, and that the "Future TSGA's" will also be "Outstanding As Well"....We all appreciate the effort of Albert Talley, et al, for their tireless contribution and professionalism in making this "TSGA 2004" a huge, complete success....Thank you again, "Mr. President"....

It was my first time and I loved it!
I had the pleasure of meeting some great people, and especially Mr. Simmons and Mr. McDonald. See you in Winnipeg, Bill!
Just one thing Tom. Have you decided yet how you're voting in November?

Thanks Don! It was great meeting new and old friends -- especially you and Wayne and Joan Link who came all the way from Winnipeg, Canada by Greyhound to attend the TSGC!!
I'm looking forward to playing at the Mid-Canada Steel Guitar Convention in Winnipeg April 23-24...Wayne Link really sponsors a great Canadian steel guitar show! Glad you enjoyed the hard work of Albert Talley and the folks of the TSGA. |
