Playing the PGS do most of you use a plastic pick of a metal pick. I use a metal on the Do-Bro and on my Banjo but on the PGS I use the plastic. Realy tried the metal on the PGS. Maybe I better give it a try. Just thought I would ask.

IMO you need nylon thumb pick & Coated Dunlop nickelsilver fingerpicks. 'course I'm a little prejudiced on the fingerpicks. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Andy H.

I use National nickel/silver fingers, and Dunlop plastic thumb. Since I use nickel strings, a metal thumb scratches tooo much for my style.

I like stiff metal finger picks, and metal band with plastic tip riveted on to contact the strings for my thumb pick.
