Red Foley and who?

Post by Michael Douchette »

Ok, Grady's playing the double neck guitar, and Bob Moore is thumpin' the bass... who's over there on steel?

Music hath the charm to soothe a savage beast, but I'd try a 10mm first.

Michael:

Bob's wife says in one of the comments to the post that it is Bud Isaacs. I reckon she got that from Bob.

Speaking of Grady, everyone on the planet should go here and hear him work out:

Can't get 'em like that no more.

Very hard to tell from the video, but I also think it's the "Crossroads Boys" plus other musicians.

I have a whole series of Red Foley transcriptions, the band always included Bud Isaacs, Grady Martin, Tommy Jackson, Jimmy Selph and Bob Moore.

Kind Regards, Walter
