Stu...Parsons is "DA MAN"!! (Great Lettering too!) Whoa!

Here is one that was done on a napkin by a guy watching us play in the "Skylark Lounge", Healdsberg, Ca sometime in 1985....he walked up and handed it to me as he left the bar...never saw him again to thank him. Oh Well

Tony,This time I was in the band that opened for Walter but Walter used to be my neighbor when I lived in Huntington Beach, and we've played a lot of music together...I'm glad the rest of world has finally discovered him. Winking

Hey Stu...this is great stuff....Jim C, I love it, I think I'd like your name with it like Stu's, but either way...Ric, I LOVE the duck... Daffy, isn't it, aptly named for all of us steelers. I once had a friend from Arkansas, Sam Dodd, who was very good at this, but he passed away a few years ago. He did two CD covers for me, 'Two Mile Pike' and 'Russ Hicks Picks'....Stu, if I can come up with a suitable photo I'm gonna have him do one for my next cover.
Thanks a bunch for the topic, Very Cool,
rh

Unless I'm mistaken, my friends Harry Sabin and Alan Bodner drew/painted that Daffy picture -- minus the MSA, of course... They did a whole Warner gallery in classic old Hwood style about 10 yrs ago. Just giving credit since I happen to know the artists.
