Wayne Smith or Ronnie Neighbors, if you are online, can you tell me when the Gospel Steel Show will be in Hot Springs. I want to attend this year and I need to get my vacation on the office calendar.
BTW Wayne, the old Red Zums still sounds so good, even with me playing it.

Hello James, Thanks for the enquiry about the Gospel Steel Show at Ronnie's. It will be on the 25th and 26th of June this year.
We normaly have it on the 3rd weekend but decided to have it on the 4th weekend this year do to a conflict for some of the players who have other commitments at that time. So, if any of you who are coming or will be thinking of coming this year, please mark your calendar. We will look forward to seeing you and having a great time. I will post more a little later. Take good care of my old Zum. I miss it.

Thanks Wayne, I will mark it right away and do everything possible to be there. Hope to see you in Dallas in March. The prostate cance is 1 yr behind me and everything checked out great last week. The "show" we were working on is coming together as more of a Gospel Jamboreee or Opry. Hopefully, the first show will be in March. I will let you know how it goes. The red ZUM seems to do better on Gospel anyway.

Gary, I have been reading about your show on the forum. I wish I could have attended. Hot Springs is about 4 hours from me and I have relatives who live about 30 minutes from there. I have been working on this "show" for about 5 years. Thanks for the good wishes.

Gary, Good to hear all the great news about your Gospel Show. Maybe next year we can come up your way. I am originaly from Indiana and go up that way quite often. Along with James I have been watching your progress on the Forum and really like what I have been seeing. Wish we had more Gospel shows to attend. It is a real blessing to all of us. Let me know the dates of next years show. God Bless. Wayne |
