Burt Blanca was the Belgian Elvis during the late sixties and the seventies. During this period where old rock'n'roll was becoming obsolete in the minds of young people and until its rebirth in the early 80's, one could only find easily Burt's records in any french open market or discount stores. Burt is often seen as an second zone artist in Europe, but he was one of the few to give rock'n'roll shows in these times.
