Well John what can I say your site is,well, very, very informative and enjoyable to read thru, can't wait for your book, although under your resume I saw no mention of the "American Music Shop" show that you did with Vince,Danny Gatton, and Albert Lee, you did some great work on that show, and your C6th version of Indiana was cookin`.Ì met you in Atlanta at the Phillips arena with Larry Sasser and had a photo with you, thanks again ,I did a warmup with a band years ago, for Conway in Oshawa,Ontario, Canada but sadly you werent on the show with Conway ,but I met your brother Gene there which was neat, your one of my idols John ,God bless you and yours..

John:

Irony! I just shoved the CD I got from you in Mobile into my computer then logged onto the Forum to find this thread. Listening to "Sweet Memories" as I type. Love your work and your website looks great. Joe "done good" as one would expect.

Keep on keeping on.

Joey, Dale,Gene, Charles, Garey,Hal,Rick,Carl & Roy. I was just letting everyone know about my website, I wasn't fishing for all the great compliments that I got from you guys. Thanks very much.
Terry and Pat Bethel, I'm glad you enjoyed the CD.
Tommy White, you know I love you man. You and Teresa are thr greatest.
Buck & Mitzi, you are too.
Gary Preston, I do not lower my 5th & 6th at the same time. In fact, I only lower my 5th a half tone. But I lower the 6th a whole tone
with a different pedal.
Thanks guys, I love all of you.
Take care,
John Hughey

Great website John. Of course with it's subject matter and Joe Wright's involvement, it would have to be. You are a great, yet modest player and a good friend. It is always a pleasure when I can visit with you at the shows. I sure hope you will keep on doing them for a long time. We all love to hear you play.
