I have the Fender 2000 that gives me the luxury to change pulls in just seconds. The other night I set my RKL pedal to raise string one a whole step, while simoultaneously lowering string 2 a whole step. This sounds pretty cool as a passing phrase from I to IV, as well as some other cool uses. I don't know if it's a practical change for most set ups with 5 or less levers though. Anybody ever use that change?

I have had that change for about 40 years! I never heard of anyone else using it also, I'm a firm believer that lowering the 2nd string a half & a whole on the same lever makes it impossible to play the half drop in tune! This change allows me to lower my 2nd string a full tone with my LKR & lowering that string a half tone on my RKR, It gives me the first string whole tone raise on the same lever LKR! It leaves me all the needed changes with 5 knees,I then have the Franklin change on pedal 4, Works for me! Try it if you ever play a 3 string chord with 2nd string lowered a half tone! Good Luck! au

I lower my 2nd string a 1/2 tone on the RKR too. This change I'm talking about is currently on my RKL.
