In the current thread about "Day vs. Emmons setup" I noted, from the Jimmy Day setup that b0b provided, that Jimmy, like Buddy, was prone to changing things in his setup (not the (E9th) pedals, of course, but the knee levers).

There's a fair amount of information available about Buddy's various setups through the years, but I've seen little about Jimmy's. Does anyone have information about the history of his setup changes?
