I had made a statement in one of my post that said "This is my first Lap Steel". When I wrote this, I had forgotten all about the Lap King Rodeo I had bought from Jason. My memory sucks to say the least, but I'm not going to get into that.

I had bought the Lap King to play in open "G" tuning like the dobro I was learning at the time. After receiving the Rodeo, I quickly realized I much preferred the dobro and the Rodeo went pretty much untouched until I sold it. And by the way, the Rodeo sounded great, just not for the bluegrass tunes I was learning at the time for the dobro.

I consider this new venture in Lap Steel as truly getting started. with the music I want to learn with the C6 tuning, different bar, It's all new to me. Everyone has been a big help and made it easy for me to get on the right track.

Sorry for the misstatement.
