shipping to Canada question

Does anybody know what the shipping cost would be to ship a D10 to Canada and what is involved? Also what would be the best carrier to ship?

It cost me $160.00 shipped by fedex from Tenn,to Surrey B.C.+79.00 Brokage Fees.
Yes Fedex was great to deal with.

Check with the regular post office. They are simple and cheaper. Reliable and competent.... not so much.
