Buddy, approximately when will you be doing the next one in Saluda after this one? I may do one in Wilson, NC in November, but do not want to conflict...

Hello Buddy,
I'm looking forward to the Saluda Show. I had a great time last year, and I know that this will be another good show. I am also excited about presenting my E9th Seminar. I'll be demonstrating some ideas for arranging tunes for the steel guitar, as well as some techniques that I use when working with sheet music. I look forward to seeing you, Charlie, Jack, Dean, Don and all of the other fine steelers.

Don't Miss this one, Its worth the trip and admission just to hear Woody Ledford and the great staff band pick. Add Doug Jernigan, Herbie Wallace,Tommy Dodd, Doc Strum, Joe Turner, The Georgia Gang and That makes for a great show.

There probably insn't anyone around who has put on more steel guitar shows than Buddy Walker or Charles Reece. At 4 shows a year they are up around 60 something shows at Saluda. They certainly have found the right way to do it.
[This message was edited by John Floyd on 29 July 2003 at 04:48 AM.]

Just one more week, Don't miss this one. To Catch Doug Jernigan during the Sat night Jam is worth the trip.

I'll be there Buddy!

A question about the time for Chuck's Seminar on Saturday morning...

The time that you have indicated is from 8:00-1:00. Chuck has a post here on the Forum that the time is from 9:00-1:00. I was wondering which time is correct. (Just might be able to get an extra hour of sleep! LOL) Let me know. Thanks for all of your efforts in putting on this great show!
