I think I speak for many if not all of us in that over the years we have all marveled at your creativity at coming up with that special intro,fill or turnaround etc. that just fits that particular song so perfectly.

Could you give us a sort of mental process of how you go about developing your parts? Do you get a tape or CD in advance and work out several approaches and refine it at the studio?
