This show was cut short after about 20 minutes because the station interrupted it with a basketball game.
Mike says he will replay it again in January.
It's funny noboby posted this here but me.
Are you listening to his show or just saying you are?

Don,

Thanks so very much buddy for the listener heads up. You are really appreciated. I have also prepared this formal apology and update.

Hi listeners,

First, I want to apologize for yesterday’s show abruptly ending after only about 20 minutes. “Swingin’ West” was stopped and a basketball game pre-empted the remainder of the show. I received an apology from the station manager for not letting me know in advance. The partial pre-emption was also a surprise to me. This show, a Western Swing tribute to country legend Ernest Tubb, will be rerun in its entirety on some Saturday in January.

I also received the schedule of basketball games for the season so that there will be no more surprises. There will be no show this coming Saturday (11/22) but that scheduled show, Western Swing do Western and Western Swing do Country, will be heard as our next Saturday afternoon show on November 29. We will hopefully not be affected again by basketball until February. I will keep you posted.

Thanks so very much for your patience and your listening loyalty. Both are really appreciated.

Mike
