Jerry, I love the samples you posted last month, only a fellow Buckeye can have such an outstanding approach to the steel guitar. Thanks for having an open mind to such a great instrument. My only question is why didn't you include your great version of 'Home on the Range'?

Hi,

I just wanted to up-date everyone...I ran into a slight snag, and it will delay the release until the first of November...

I'll make an announcement as soon as I have product ready to ship...

Thanks,

Hello my friends,

First and foremost, please accept my sincere appoligies for the delay and release of my CD. I was approached by a record label and after careful consideration, have decided to move forward and release the CD as it was initially intended, under my own control.

I will also be making some annoucements on the projects I've been working on this year
sometime in January...The steel guitar is rising and there are a lot of things contributing to it...It is our responsibilty
as players to increase the visibility and success of the instrument. Are we all concerned, you bet...But great things are coming for all attached to this instrument.

Happy Holidays to all and many thanks to all of you who have allowed me to be a part of the steel guitar community...

You can now place your order by clicking on the link below: http://www.slidestation.com/Orderpage.htm

Skip,

It depends on how many requests I get...The songs are not typical arrangements and I'm not sure just tracks would be useful. I might be wrong, and I'll keep a tally on it.

Thanks,

Jerry,

I'm glad you finally are getting your project out, and are sharing your talents with the rest of the world. The little bit you played for me sounded great. I hope to obtain a copy when it's out. I'm looking forward to hearing the entire project. Image

alone.. ImageBut, seriously, I have always enjoyed all our times together.

I just received my first new shipment of Jerry Brightman's new CD, "Back Again" and to simply say that it is great would indeed be a huge understatement! Jerry's new CD is definately one of those "must-have" CD's as there is music on there to please just about any taste.

I don't know if Jerry is currently selling his new CD direct, (I'm assuming he is/will) but if you want to order Jerry's new CD using your credit card, you can contact as direct at Jagwire Strings, (989-539-7808) or email me directly.

Congratulations, Jerry, on your new CD. It is truly a work of art, and one that I'm sure you're very proud of, (and rightfully should be!)

That's right! And he will be there with his "brand new" Dekley pedal steel with 20 knee levers, 20 floor pedals, 6 elbow levers, and 2 vertically opposed forehead levers!!! :-)

Now here's show you don't want to miss!
