Hey Katie, Welcome to the Forum. I've got cerebral palsy in my left hand, but I play steel and I love it! I'm a South Carolina steel player, and let me tell ya, this forum is so wonderful!

I just got all excited and forgot.

Anyway, Katie, you've very welcome here. Pay no attention to me, I don't have good sense. Most anybody here can verify that.

Hello Katie,
Looks like I'm a bit late in saying welcome to the forum. I'm originally from Hamilton, which is in Northwest Alabama, but live in Northeast Mississippi now, in Fulton.

It's good to see someone else from the region joining in on the forum. Earlier, Skip Cole mentioned Tommy Oliver. Tommy is a super fine gentleman, and one heck of a good player too. He's probably the only player from around the Florence/Muscle Shoals area that I know.

Also, good to see another Smith here too! For such a common name, we're fairly outnumbered round here!
