After playing at a Auction Barn friday night, the guitar player and I went to see his son play a job in town. His son, Robert Scrivner the III was using a 1957 Fender Bassman with 2--- 12 inch speakers. The speakers were not stock. He also had those plasma tubes in the amp. He was playing Fender Stratocaster through two Tube Screamers and a WHA pedal. It was a show ever bit as great as Robert Randolph, or Stevie Ray Vaughn. The 1957 Fender amp was interesting to say the least. No wonder blues players like these old amps.

I don't know what they are. You could look and see them boiling something.
