Correct Spelling

I am a stickler for correct spelling, so I ask you: is the word spelled copedEnt or copedAnt? Have seen it both ways about 50/50 over the years.

The word Copedent does not even exist.No translation service knows about this word.
Like mentioned it was Tom Bradshaw that came up with it some time ago.

And ze spellink is not all zat bad.

This could mean you are a pedant then:

A pedant, or pædant, is a person who is overly concerned with formalism and precision, or who 'makes a show of learning'. The corresponding (obsolete) female noun is pedantess.
