ACM Awards
For those interested,i just received a call to play on the ACM Award Show next(Wed.), i believe with LeANN Rimes. Don't have a show time, actually i don't even know what we'll be playing. This show will be a first for me and i'm hoping that they will feature the Steel a little. Check it out if you can! Thanks!!

Sorry Buck, I was so bored that I fell asleep and missed the last 20 min. of the show! I was watching especially to see and hear you, but; I couldn't hold out long enough! Maybe they'll do a re-run later, and I can catch the last 20! Sorry again! “Uh~” “Big John” wknsg® http://community.webtv.net/KeoniNui/BigJohnBechtels

I agree with DS... your playing was verrrry nice, and upfront in the mix! my wife was flummoxed trying to understand what LR was singing, particularly at the end (except the yodel came thru)... I admit I was too, but the steel?...FABULOUS!
[This message was edited by Dave Van Allen on 22 May 2003 at 06:01 AM.]
