One of the steel player greats, David Wright will be conducting a seminar on Saturday, April 26 and a one hour concert on Sunday April 27 at the Spokane, Washington Steel Jam. For details see the additional posts on this Events and Announcements portion or email me. We have a website at http://steeljam.0catch.com
We just finished working out all the details on this and will get the David Wright info up on the website by the end of the weekend. I've heard David play before and we are in for a real treat!!! Duane Becker

For sure you don't want to miss David's workshop. He does things with a different twist. I know he is gonna do some straight 9th movements and some of his approach to the 6th side of the tuning as well.

Just get him to keep his hat on so no one gets blinded...)))

Another vote for taking in David's seminar. Do not miss this oportunity- he is a true master of blues and rock licks as well as being a killer 9th player so don't miss it!!!

Great to know David is having a teaching seminar. I greatly admire his talent, and appreciate his teaching ability.

I am really looking forward to seeing old friends and makeing some new one's..This should be a great time !!!!!!!for all of us...I plan on playing with Duanes band Sat night and do some danceing with Vanetta, We are both really excited about comming to Spokane...see you all soon !!!!!

Jim, Yes I dance, but Vanetta really knows how and makes me look like I know more than I do..Thats how I sweeped her off her feet, by stepping on them all afternoon in Sac a little over a year ago, and we have been danceing every since, it's been the greatest year of my life !!!!

The cleanest automobile I think I've ever ridden in was David's white Bronco. I mean clean like the top of his head! Looks like he's carrying the tradition with this big red one!

Thank's I took Bill to a jam in Sac a few years back, and he smoked everyone there, and took over Jerry Pack"s great playing Zumm, and played it all day !!!!!!
Well I'm in Sac, @ Vanetta's work, were getting ready to head to the Airport, Look Out Shokane here we come.........

Well, were here, Bill Atwood picked us up and we made 3 wrong turns befor we made it to the Motel, it's 12:30, our day started at 4:30 AM.. Looks like it will be funn....
