ALOHA GERALD,
I ATTENDED THE ISGC IN AUGUST AND SAW THAT SCOTTY HAS THOSE 3 LEGGED STANDS FOR FRY PAN GUITARS, SIMILAR TO THE ONE THAT LORENE & ART RUYMAR OWN.
THEY ARE IMPORTED FROM JAPAN AND I BELIEVE THEY SELL FOR $200.----$250. YOU MAY WANT TO SPREAD THE WORD TO THE HSGA MEMBERS.
YOU CAN GET MORE DETAILS FROM SCOTTY'S MUSIC.
SINCERELY,
ROGER SHACKELTON

They seem to come in bunches.........
This past year, there has been an abundance of steel guitar stands, Oahu, National, etc., etc., on eBay. It's kinda amazing how they seem to all appear at once and then nothing for many, many months.
Prices for these antique stands have run from $50.00 to more than $395.00. I was very lucky and snagged one from a friend for $50.00. Works fine but those mentioned in your post look really, really NICE! |
