Here is Paul playing "Don't you ever get tired of hurtin' me"

Also, Dawn Sears is singing the living daylights out of this.

I truly believe that this is some of the finest live music available anywhere...

If you disagree, then we have nothing more to talk about :D

WOW! Tim, this solo is unbelievable! :whoa:
This is the reason why I love the Pedal Steel.
Paul is, in my opinion, the best Pedal Steel player of the world, the same words Mark Knopfler said.
Great playing Paul! You are my inspiration.
And thank you Tim for this video.

Don, It's dark and recorded with an amateur camera with no additional light.

You can take Carrie,Taylor,Miranda and several other of the new female artist and they wouldn't make a pimple On Dawn Sear's ??????. Every time she sings I get cold chills.

Thanks for posting these clips. I am really enjoying my Monday night gig. Its a nice contrast to everything else I enjoy playing. Playing live music is something I never thought I would do on a regular basis. It has proven to be very rewarding. I've seen alot of old friends and met alot of new ones at the Station Inn. Seeing friends along with playing with the great TimeJumpers makes these gigs priceless.
All the best to everyone,
Paul Franklin

In 'Don't You Ever Get Tired' that moving bass line Paul played at about 226 just absolutely amazed me. Does he have an extra hand and bar??? I heard a little clip of Phred Shannon and he played some things like that, but I could never get enough of it.

I thought it was funny how at the end of the solo Paul turned it around into the chorus and it sounded like the band thought it was an ending and stopped playing.
Amazing playing Paul!

I don't think the band stopped playing. The automatic volume on the camera mike dropped the volume because the applause was so close and loud. I could barely hear Dawn singing over the crowd.

I was there as well on this particular night and have some great photos of Paul in action with Doug Jernigan watching on the front row. I will try to post some later. Every one of the Time Jumpers are unbelievable. They say confession is good for the sole... I am madly in Love with Dawn Sears!! I know so is the rest of the world :) But Kenny better keep a close eye on her… God was very generous to her…. She has such a sweet voice and spirit. Sweet Memories was one of my favorite songs even before I heard Dawn sing it.

I will say it again the Time Jumpers live is the best musical experience I have ever witnessed in my 56 years on this earth. The sound, excellent song selection performance and atmosphere were awesome. I have been an Eddie Stubs fan since the Johnson Mountain boys. Yea I am a little biased but everyone should check out the Station Inn on a Monday night. In my opinion this is the best kept secret / value in Nashville.

Theresa it was really nice meeting you and Greg, Please give my best to your mom and dad. Paul enjoy what has to be every steel players dream gig.

Kind Regards to all,

Jerry Fleming

For those who are attending the CMA awards, The Timejumpers will be playing the post awards party until midnight. Stop by if you can.
