I don't know if this is the right place to post this or not. Sometimes we split hairs on where things go. My sweetie surprised me last night with a package from Duane's Music. I had some trouble with my Nashville 400 on Sunday last, and she decided it was time I got my first ever brand spanking new steel amp. So, she got in cahoots with my good friend, Lefty Schrage to find out what kind I might like. The next thing I knew there was a brand new Evans SE200 amp in my practice room. What an amp! Wish i got it years ago. I just want to brag on her. A lot of better halves wouldn't do stuff like that. So anyway the amp issue goes here, but her big heart goes where? In the events and annoucments? To me it was an event.

Thanks for sharing your story.
What a wonderful sweetie you got!
I'm equally blessed. (She surprized me with a Carter D10 last summer)

This is more of an EVENT & ANNOUNCEMENT than an amp topic so I'm moving it.

Congrats, and thanks to your better half!

He's not spoiled, he just smells like that when he stays out of the refridge over night. Congrads Craig, that amp will be dependable for you. By the way, just for the readers, Craig is my bro. and we went to seperate schools together.

Craig,

What a nice surprise with the amp! It's good to know that you have a partner that cares about steel like you do.

I would like to thank Duane Dunard for helping Susie out with the selection and the shipping of the amp. Also for the card that came with it.
