The Florida Steel Guitar Club's April 2003 Meeting/Steel Jam will be Wednesday, April 9, 2003, at 6PM. Location is Catfish Johnny's Restaurant, CR470, Lake Panasoffkee, Fl (our regular meeting/jam place).
The club is open to all interested Steelers and those interested in Steel Guitar. There are no club membership fees and no admission fees to the club meetings/jams.
For those that will be traveling to Florida, the club holds monthly Meetings/Steel Jams the second Wednesday of each month. Lake Panasoffkee is exit 321 on I75, approximately 60 miles west of Orlando and about the same distance north of Tampa. We welcome all visitors. What a fine bunch of players! I had the pleasure of attending this show while I was visiting in Florida and I'm glad I did.
A real treat for anyone in mid-Florida looking for some good steel music (and the catfish ain't bad either!)

Thanks for the kind words and the plug for our Florida Steel Guitar Club.
It was a pleasure chatting with you also.
We'll have to get you to play some for us next time you are down our way.
And say "Hi" to Manny and Roger for me.
I haven't seen them since my last trip to the PSGA show in "98. And who the H... is Sam Gibson? Does he still have that T-shirt?

Just to let you know. Our Southeastern Steel Guitar Assoc. will have Johnny and Joan Cox on May 10 in Dothan Ala. (Which is almost in north Fla.) If anyone is interested in coming, give me line.
