I think you have some wrong information. I have never met Henry, have missed him every time we went to Mau'i. Hope that will change someday as I would really like to meet him...a fabulous musician ! Very Happy Very Happy

I did speak with Sherron on the phone during our last visit to Mau'i a few years ago. She's a very nice and accomodating lady. I have a few of Henry's CD's and am well aware of his accomplishments both in jazz and Hawaiian. Yes George P., he is an awesome musician and previous to this posting, I strongly advised my friend to see and hear him. I'm just wondering if there are other steel guitar players he could look up while in Mau'i ? Surely there must be a few ???
Mahalo.

George,

Go to www.owanasalazar.com, She lives on Maui and plays there often. Contact her and maybe you can get a current update where she may be playing

Owana is not in Maui anymore. She moved back to Honolulu about a couple of years ago and was living in Waimanalo. She recently told me that she had moved to another part of Honolulu.
