Have you tried one of those websites that claims to be able to find anyone ? They usually charge about thirty bucks, and I'm told that some are better than others.

I would think that you would be getting a clue by now, Ray.
Maybe Jack doesn't want to be found.
Seems to me that sometime in the past,- Jack said he no longer wanted to be part of a long going and continuing discussion about Jerry, his tunings, his style or whatever other "Jerry Byrd trivia" came along. If that's the case,- we have to respect his wishes.
