Have you tried one of those websites that claims to be able to find anyone ? They usually charge about thirty bucks, and I'm told that some are better than others.

I would think that you would be getting a clue by now, Ray.
Maybe Jack doesn't want to be found.
Seems to me that sometime in the past,- Jack said he no longer wanted to be part of a long going and continuing discussion about Jerry, his tunings, his style or whatever other "Jerry Byrd trivia" came along. If that's the case,- we have to respect his wishes. :?

Jack did at one point, years back after Jerry passed, say he was bowing out of the forum, but he's checked in a few times since.

I too thot you'd have put this issue to rest by now, so I'll try and ask Kaleo about it, asap.

Jack has posted in 'Sw/oP' today.
I'll assume he's alive and well.

Hi Allen,
I remember you playing on WVOK in the days before "The Circle A Wranglers."
We never met, but I always admired your skill and
tone.

Also, I knew Harry Blevins when he was in Tuscaloosa after the Army.

Do you still play anywhere around Birmingham?

Blake
