I really don't have permission to post this, but it is tugging at my heart to do so. I found this post in a "lesser used" part of the forum and I wanted to bring it here to widen the search for Ron. Please read his story. He is asking for a little help to bring the world of steel guitar to a student. He is donating the labor, which sounds like it will be a labor of love.

I know how it is to be a single mom trying to raise a child alone. This is a real opportunity to help three people. The first is the little boy who wants to play the steel guitar. He's the "next generation" that I hear so many worry about. The second is the mom who must be in constant worry about meeting her child's needs much less ever thinking she might be able to fill a want. The third is a fellow musician who has volunteered his time and labor to make an effort to pass on the wonderful world of pedal steel guitar.

I have done all I could. I would love to see this project completed. I know it would bless each and every one of us.

I'll beg Ron's forgiveness for posting out of turn later..the ends justify the means.
