Hi everyone, I regret, I will not be able to play my set at this years show due to a minor accident. I'll be back up to speed in about 4 to 5 weeks. This is one of the better steel shows, so please don't miss it. A great line up this year. Thanks to the Ozark Steel Guitar Assoc. for asking me. Maybe next year. Curt Shoemaker

I'll be there this year to see you guy's. Time to meet some of you face to face. Also trying to get some of the other picker from the Bayou Krew to make the trip.
Not sure if I'm ready to see Fred's legs up close though.
Hey Ray Qualls
Will try to make it early enough to see your set.

Super Event II
Hank Ruf, Kenny Brant and I went to the Branson mall today and checked out the Gene Williams Theater. It is going to be a great place to have the show. The Theater seats about 500 plus and you will be able to see everything that the players are doing, you know like floor pedals and knee pedals.
It will be a good place for the familys too. There are a couple of different places to eat in the mall and the concession stand will be open for sodas and popcoen etc.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Friday ( six til ten ) and Saturday ( Ten until Five ) at the Branson community center and then Sunday at the Branson mall (eleven til ??????????).
If you have any questions about directions call me at 417-335-2088 or e-mail at bethelgtr@centurytel.net
They still have a few rooms at the Angel Inn Motel our host motel for this years Super Event. Their phone numbers are,
417-334-6500 or 1-800-443-6504.
Ask for the Ozark Steel Guitar Association special rate.
We have a map and everything on our website,
