Thanks guys! Installed my new True Tone in my Excel S10 and immediately exclaimed: "So that's what was wrong with my Excel!". My psg just didn't have good sustain and the tone was marginal. The True Tone brought this thing to life!
Also, just got my Session 400 back from Ken Fox. The amp sounds great and there is no hum (this may have been caused by my old pickup). There was good turnaround time and FedEx handled it with care.
