Micky, when I watch the 'Look At Us' steel solo (at 2 minutes 27) it looks like I'm wrestling an octopus, so I definately wouldn't recommend you try it until you are 100% fit :D :D

Richard, sat at my steel for about 2 minutes max today...."OUCH" :eek: Think I'm rushing things Lol...oh well, it can wait. I even tried the right knees..what a fool :lol: ...as I said, gonna wait till I heal more :)
