This guy here is looking for a steel, write him.
I'm working steady with Randy Allen and was curiously looking around to see what is out there.
Here is his page :

You can go hear my voice, etc.. at www.myspace.com/pocketacestx

That's me singing on all of those tracks on there... ENJOY!! If still interested, hit me on my cell at 972-974-0969

Also I heard Cody (Coby ?) McDonald band is looking for a steel, you'll have to find his web site and another guy Shawn Crow 972-743-5110
not sure if he has work now, last I talked to him is forming the band.

Good Luck

Actually I got a note from Dick Wolf and he said that Coby re-hired the steel player previous to Dick.
Dick joined a band in Ft.Worth.
He said mostly due to cost of gas driving from Springtown to Dallas so much.
Happy hunting !!

Hey Mickey,
I've been talking with a blues/classic rock/country band out of the Terrell area who need a steel often, but not always. They are playing in Arlington, Cedar Hill, Forney, and Tawakoni right now. They have some good vocals with harmonies, a couple of real good guitar players, top notch bass and drums. I hate to cut my own throat, but I'm pretty committed right now and want to know if you'd like me to pass them your number. You can check them out at elmoblue.com. Let me know or just contact them through their web site.

Paul, yes I would be happy to!...I have a lot of free time to play right now...I cannot commit to a full time band, so maybe this would work for all of us...214-334-3582. please pass my number on to them...thanks for writing...mickey
