Low-Cost Domain Registration?

I have 2 domains coming up for renewal soon. My cost is $16/year each, which isn't too bad, but I suspect there may be registration services out there that are even less expensive to which I could transfer the domains. Anybody have any to recommend?

I have been using Dotster as my domain registrar since the year 2000. If you transfer your existing domains to Dotster they will only charge you $8.95 each and will add one year to your expiration date.
