I caught them in Santa Cruz last night. It was a great show! They really know how to work a crowd (and I mean that in a good way). A lot of their music is very energetic and "pedal to the metal" but they also mix things up nicely. For example they did a slow, bluesy version of "I'll Fly Away". In their second set they stretched out and got pretty jammy. Bob Brozman, who lives in the area, sat in with them for few tunes - that was fun to watch.

I highly recommend checking them out if you get a chance.

Hey Gary, glad you could make it. That was a quite a show.

They are all such great musicians and play with tremendous energy, heart and soul with their blend of blues, rock, soul and even a little country lick now and then. I've seen them many times and they never fail to bring down the house.
