Hey Mike, Glad to see that the show is late enough for me to make it. I have to play that day till 5PM . It takes 2 hours to get there but I'll be there.
Sure missed you yesterday at the Hummingbird Jam.

I just sent word of this to my daughter in Athens at OU. She's been known to play some of the "real stuff" for her girlfriends in the dorm. They actually began requesting it last year.

I told her to say hello, Mike, if she goes. I'll see you on the 6th at Fairborn.

It's a little late but just wanted to tell all you guys about a great show I saw last night at the Barlow Fair. I got to spend some time with Mike Sigler and get filled in on where they have been and what they have been doing. Mike did a super job with Holly, but what else did I expect. He is also using a Pedabro as she has a lot of tunes with Dobro, 4 piece band backing her up and real tight, but it does keep them all busy.

I really did like the show, no big hair,no big belt buckles, didn't run across the stage or any smoke or anything like. Just a good Texas gal that stepped up and sang her buns off for all of us.

I did get to meet Holly and thanked her for carring a steel guitar in the band.A lot of artists record with them but you never see a steel out on the road. She drew a pretty good crowd, I have always said if you can stand the dirt, heat , food and all the other stuff that goes along with the Fair circuit its the best deal in town to see major stars.

If she is appearing near you by all means go,say Howdey to Mike and the guys, you won't be disappointed with the show.

Walter,

I tried to send some girls from your neighborhood, if you know what I mean. I guess without "dad" being around to usher them, they weren't up to it. Sounds like they missed a good show.

I get to see Mike play at Chubby Howard's show this coming weekend in Fairborn, OH.
