I was the lucky fellow who snatched up the Sho~Bud Pro II that Larry Robbins had for sale a few days ago.
I have to brag on a couple of things.
The 1st being Larry himself!
The way he described the guitar, he made it out as being not very special. I don't know how he could "undersell" such an outstanding instrument. It is just beautiful!
I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to buy anything from this fine gentleman.
Here is a picture of my new baby:

Thank you, John.
I happened to pull up the posting just shortly after Larry put it up for sale. |

Thanks, guys!
I bought a new fingertip from Shot years ago and I have had the type with the nylon tuning nuts but this is the 1st Sho~Bud I've owned with this type of tuning system. |

So Glad your happy, Erv!
She IS a beauty. In looks as well as tone.
Kind of hated to let her go but, all things happen for a reason and I realized long ago its beyond me to figure out why. I just go with it. Wishing you many happy hours of enjoyment playing it. _________________ Twang to the bone! |

John,
Believe it or not, Larry sent the Sho~Bud pedal you see in the picture along with the guitar. It is the clip on style.
RC,
Glad you like my tabs 'n tracks.

Ah! I prefer the loose pedal. I've got really long legs and the old classic style works better for me. But,,,, you're all set! How does she sound? |

John,
It sounds great!
Larry had the pickups rewound by Jerry Wallace.
It even has coil taps on the pickups.
