I'm a 35 yr old Male Country Musician.

I am recording in a home studio and need an EXPERIENCED STEEL GUITAR player..FIDDLE player ...or Country Pianist.

I Sing, play Bass, Acoustic and Electric Guitars, as well as do all the mixing and recording. I have over $8500 invested in JUST my recording equipment.

I am in the process of recording covers songs by such artist as: Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Tim McGraw, Alan Jackson, Johnny Cash, etc.....
I also will be recording original material in time but as for now just doin covers.

I will already have the song together (for the most part in most cases) ...all you would have to do mainly is provide fill ins (through verses and chorus), turn arounds and lead SOLOS, etc...

I've been playing and singing for over 12 years and I'm recording an album.
Also I WILL PAY YOU for your time, IF I decide to use you... but you have to audition first. A demo of your playing will do in MOST cases. I record on a somewhat of a regular basis so it WON'T be just a one time thing

EMAIL me for more info or to schedule at time to get together

PS: I have some demos of songs I've done that I can send through email if you want to hear me first.

Where is Athens, AL?

Post by Hal Higgins »

Hey Tommy....My name is Hal Higgins and I've been playing steel for 38 years, and have played for some of the best in country music. Have done many recording sessions in Nashville and around the country. What kind of recording equipment are you using? Some of the recording could be done "long distance" and not require a musician come to you. BTW....where is Athens, AL in relation to Mobile? I'm about 3.5 hours from Mobile....in Denham Springs, LA. My phone number is: 225-276-8250 and my e-mail is: hsteeler2002@yahoo.com Give me a call! HAL

Hal, Athens is at the opposite end of the state from Mobile. It's not terribly far from Huntsville, AL.
